Caroline Choppa , MSPT

Caroline is a 1994 graduate of the University of Indianapolis and a 1984 graduate of West Point. She has worked in many clinical settings including neuro-rehab, pediatrics, and orthopaedics both in the U.S. and overseas. She brings a depth of maturity, wisdom and a strong clinical skillset to our clinic that are an asset to the evaluation and treatment of our medically complex clients.

Caroline's treatment style is a unique blend of manual therapy and movement re-education combined with craniosacral and lymphatic drainage techniques. She also integrates core and postural strengthening through subtle breathing techniques that are effective for both the athletic and geriatric clientele.

Caroline recognizes that each client's recovery is an individual process, and physical therapy is only one part of achieving health, pain-free movement and vitality.
