Karen Taylor Soiles, MA, PT

Karen Taylor Soiles

Karen comes to Hand-N-Hand with a physical therapy degree from Northeastern University as well as a MA from Columbia University in Motor Learning. She is an energetic physical therapist with 19 years of experience and a neurology specialty in varied clinical settings.

Post concussion syndrome and mild traumatic brain injury are areas of keen interest to Karen. She finds the rewards of supporting people with very subtle neurological problems to be great. Having many years of hands on experience as well as the theoretical background to support this emerging area of study, Karen is in an excellent position to maximize function and promote the body's ability to heal.

Current professional goals for Karen include obtaining her postural restoration certification. This innovative, integrative technique holds great promise as it effectively addresses the fundamental movement patterns which so often cause pain and dysfunction. www.posturalrestoration.org or www.hruskaclinic.com for more information.

She is a focused, open-minded clinician with a true commitment to high quality care, professional growth and a strength in multi-cultural sensitivity. She speaks French and Greek having lived 4 years in Paris and 6 years in Athens where she had a private practice.
